Refund policy

  • Order Cancellation by Customer:
    1. Standard Orders: If a customer requests an order cancellation before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount will be charged to cover payment processing fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
    2. Pre-Order Items: If a customer requests to cancel a pre-order within four weeks of placing the order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount will be applied. If the cancellation request is made after four weeks from the order date, a full refund will be issued without any cancellation fee.
  • Order Cancellation by ThinkRobotics: If ThinkRobotics initiates an order cancellation for any reason, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund.
  • The refund will be issued after a 5% deduction as payment gateway fees. Alternatively, customers can choose to keep the balance as a ThinkRobotics Credit or Gift Card or buy other products from our store, in which case the 5% deduction will not be done.
  • All products come with a standard warranty of 10 days (unless specified) from the shipping date. In case of functional defects, please write to us with details, pictures, and an order reference number asking for a replacement within this duration from the date of shipment.
  • Any physical damage or missing parts need to be reported in writing to support@thinkrobotics.com with visual proof within 24 hours of receiving the package. In case of local pickup, please verify package for any missing parts before leaving our premises.
  • Processing time for each refund case is 7 - 10 working days. ThinkRobotics team will initiate the refund within two working days.
  • All products shipped by ThinkRobotics have a unique hologram on the product. If the hologram is not present or tampered with, then the Refund/Replacement Policy shall not apply.
  • In cases where a customer (same email id/same GST number/same contact number) places multiple orders for a product with quantity limits, all extra units will be automatically canceled. The refund will be issued after a 5% deduction as payment gateway fees. Alternatively, customers can choose to keep the balance as a ThinkRobotics Credit or Gift Card or buy other products from our store, in which case the 5% deduction will not be done.
  • If one decide to proceed with the refund for the perceived defective product, you must bear the shipping charges. After verifying the defects, a replacement or repaired product will be sent to you without further delivery charges. If the product is found to be free from defects, the customer must also bear the return shipping charges.
  • After defect verification, a replacement product shall be dispatched within ten days of OEM replacement approval.  If the product is out of stock, the replacement will be provided on receipt from OEM.  
  • However, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, or modification, has been soldered or altered in any way, or has not been bought from us.
  • Given the lack of valid reasons and details, we cannot process any replacements.
  • ThinkRobotics – Atlantis Robotics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
  • The sale of batteries, power adaptors, and soldering irons is final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be entertained under any circumstances other than shipping damages.
  • 99% of the refunds are processed through the payment gateway used by you, and the funds are refunded to the payment source automatically unless specified otherwise.
  • No transaction ID can be provided for refunds. Proof of refund in terms of a "Refund Confirmation Note" from the Payment Gateway can be provided on request. Any further communication beyond this should only be taken up with PayTM, CashFree and EaseBuzz Customer Service Representatives.
  • The order can only be canceled before it reaches the fulfillment stage, i.e., before shipment. Once the order is delivered, it can only be recalled under warranty obligations against manufacturing defects. 
  • ThinkRobotics – Atlantis Robotics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision on all return requests.
