Our products are tested and immaculately packed. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement.
All our products are lined up for delivery on the same day of the order, and 99% of orders are shipped within 24 Hours unless the order contains Pre-Order items.
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. All Sunday orders will be shipped only on Monday.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
When you place your order, please allow time for processing and the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available.
As per Indian Tax Laws, all items will be shipped with an invoice specifying the price.
Before taking delivery of the products, if you think the item is damaged or the packaging has been tampered with, please decline to accept delivery of the package and contact our customer care at +91 93183 94903 with your order reference number. We'll do everything possible to get you a new delivery as soon as possible.
We ship orders using multiple shipping partners after considering cost, delivery time, and location. For orders from remote pin codes, we use Indian Post; hence expect delayed delivery times and order accordingly.
We deliver within 3-5 days to anywhere in India, but unexpected delays occur. So please plan ahead for sufficient buffer time.
If you choose priority shipping, orders are shipped and delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. All priority orders are shipped via BlueDart. unless the order contains Pre-Order items.
Please note that although my status in your website shows fulfilled, my components haven't arrived yet. I am extremely disappointed by the poor coordination between your team and the delivery team.
Three of the four ports stopped working after usage for sometime. After more usage using the fourth port only, the fourth port also stopped working in 3 days. Very bad experience. Please return or replace.
