Optimized Adhesion for Flexible Build Plates and a Wide Range of Materials
Magigoo Supergrip is a new Magigoo adhesive specifically formulated for use with Flexible plates and other polymeric based plates. It works with most commonly used materials such as PLA, PET-G, ABS/ASA, TPU and others, and offers easy application, release upon cooling, and water-based cleaning.
| Enhanced Compatibility | Superior spreadability with all types of flex plates (Smooth PEI, Textured PEI, PC, Engineering Plates, Satin Sheets, etc.) compared to other adhesives. |
| Extended Lifespan | Lasts longer on flex plates due to the absence of flaking and adhesive loss during part removal. Provides over 250 full-bed applications* with multiple prints per application. |
| Stronger Adhesion | Delivers stronger adhesion across a wider temperature range and supports a broad variety of printing materials compared to conventional adhesives. |
| Improved ASA Adhesion | Enhances first-layer adhesion and reduces the risk of warping when printing with ASA. |
| Improved PLA Adhesion | Improves PLA adhesion at lower bed temperatures (<50°C), enabling reliable printing at 45°C with minimal warping. |
| Easier Removal & Cleaning | Simplifies print removal and makes cleaning the build surface easier compared to alternative adhesive solutions. |
| Build Plate Protection | Acts as a protective layer, helping extend the lifespan of the build plate by reducing wear and surface damage. |
*Tested on 235*235mm bed size
Follow these simple steps to get the best results with Magigoo Supergrip:
| Step 1 | Shake the Bottle | Shake the bottle well for 3–5 seconds before each use to ensure the adhesive is properly mixed. |
| Step 2 | Apply to Build Plate | Unscrew the cap and press the applicator tip against the build surface. Magigoo should flow freely; gently squeeze the bottle if needed while keeping the tip in contact with the plate. |
| Step 3 | Spread Evenly | Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive over the desired print area. |
| Step 4 | Start Printing | Begin printing immediately. The adhesive will dry automatically as the heated bed reaches the printing temperature, so there is no need to wait before starting. |
| Step 5 | Remove the Print | After printing, flex the build plate to release the printed part. If the print does not come off easily, allow the plate to cool for a few minutes before trying again. |
| Step 6 | Clean & Reapply | Wipe the build plate with a damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue, let it dry completely, and reapply Magigoo before your next print for the best results. |
