Timing Head: Air circulates through a variable length to provide linearly adjustable timing, engineered for durability under severe conditions.
Precision-Wound Potted Coil: Fully sealed coil with maximum insulation, eliminating moisture issues.
Snap-Action Switch Assembly: Custom over-center mechanism providing snap action, with standard DPDT switches.
Operation
On-Delay Models: Apply voltage for at least 50 ms to start a delay; contacts transfer at the end of the delay period. De-energizing resets the timer within 50 ms.
Off-Delay Models: Apply voltage to transfer contacts immediately; delay begins upon de-energization, and contacts return after the delay. Re-energizing during delay resets the timer.
Double-Head Models: Provide sequential delays on pull-in and drop-out with independent adjustments. Optional auxiliary switches enable two-step timing or simultaneous switching.
