We are engineering students working on a critical project and placed order Invoice No: TR/2025-26/2857 on 7 March 2025 with ThinkRobotics for a costly FIREWIRE FR-ABS filament, 1.75 mm diameter (Part No. 3D3012-11), strictly required for our project and competition deliverables. When the material was delivered on 17 June 2025, it was incorrectly supplied in a different size (3D3012-12). We immediately raised the issue and were asked to arrange a debit note. Since the payment was made through our institute, the debit note required formal approvals and unavoidable time. During this period, our team was out of the country representing India at national and international-level competitions, which concluded in September, and even after returning we were constantly in contact and following up regarding the return. Once the debit note was finally arranged and we requested the return, we were informed by Vikrant Bajpai that the return timeline had expired as per “company norms.” The concern is that no such return timeline or norm is mentioned anywhere on the website or is visible to the consumer. The material is still completely packed, unopened, and unused, yet we are being asked to bear the loss for a mistake that was not ours. This is an expensive, project-critical material—what exactly are we supposed to do with it now? Is this the level of accountability and support ThinkRobotics offers to engineering students and serious project teams?
Ordered FIREWIRE FR-ABS 1.75 mm for a engineering competition. Got the wrong size instead. Reported it immediately.
Since payment was via our institute, approvals took time (normal college things), plus we were out of the country representing India at competitions.
Now we’re told the “return timeline expired” — interesting, because no such policy exists anywhere on your website 🙂
Material is still sealed, unused, untouched, yet students are expected to take the loss for your mistake?
This filament is expensive and project-critical. What exactly are we supposed to do with the wrong material now — frame it?

I'm particularly impressed with how carefully the header pins are packed for the RP2350-PiZero, they arrived in perfect condition without any bent pins, which has been a persistent issue with other competitors. This attention to packaging detail really stands out.
I also received the latest A4 revision of the RP2350, which shows you maintain current inventory, that's really valuable for customers who want the most up to date components.
The delivery was quick and hassle free throughout. I'll definitely be recommending you to others!
App feedback: The discounts offered through the app are a nice bonus, but the component search function could be improved to match the ease of use on the website version. The rest of the app functions work well.
