Additional Information

This product is designed for use with proper heatsinking. The maximum base plate temperature of the resistor must be monitored and kept within specified limits to ensure optimal performance. The best technique is to attach a thermocouple to the side of the resistor's base plate. Temperature of the housing or heat sink alone cannot be used to determine the resistor's rating.
