Usage and Precautions

  • Designed for automated soldering with recommended conditions: temperature 250±5°C for up to 5 seconds.
  • Reflow soldering for SMT variants: pre-heat at 150±10°C for 60-120 seconds, solder at 200-240°C within 30 seconds.
  • Ensure correct board design using reference points and contact numbering for proper mating.
  • Not compatible with XH2 and XH3 half-pitch connectors.
  • Wash the board after automated soldering for optimal performance.
