Recommended Land Pattern

For reflow soldering, land width should be 0.7 to 0.8 times the resistor width (W). For flow soldering, set land width to 1.0 to 1.3 times W to ensure proper soldering and mechanical stability.

Soldering Conditions

  • Preheat temperature: 140°C to 180°C for 60-120 seconds
  • Soldering temperature: 245°C ± 5°C for 20-30 seconds (max 260°C)
