VISHAY SIC462EVB Switching Regulator Development Tool
The VISHAY SIC462EVB is a high-performance switching regulator development tool designed for power management applications. Manufactured in the US, this development board allows engineers to evaluate and implement the SiC462 (6 A) microBUCK® regulator, part of the SiC46x family of wide input voltage, high-efficiency synchronous buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs.
