Recommended Land Pattern

For flow soldering, land width should be 0.7 to 0.8 times the resistor width (W). For reflow soldering, land width can be set to 1.0 to 1.3 times the resistor width.

Soldering Conditions

  • Temperature: 140°C to 180°C for 60-120 seconds
  • Soldering Peak Temperature: 245°C ± 5°C for 20-30 seconds
