Key Features
High durability with up to 1000 mating cycles, supported by a unique dual-metal PV [®] receptacle contact and a beryllium copper spring for high normal force at the mating interface.
Polarized mating geometry and keyed MINI-LATCH housings prevent mismatching and ensure correct assembly.
Materials include brass and phosphor bronze contacts with gold or lead-free tin plating, housed in modified polyphenylene oxide or glass-filled nylon for UL94V-0 compliance.
Electrical performance includes a current rating of 3.0A per circuit (with 32 AWG wire), withstand voltage of 1000V RMS, and insulation resistance exceeding 10,000MΩ for wire connectors.
Temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, supporting reliable operation in various environments.
Designed for high-density applications, the PV [®] system supports various configurations including single and double row headers, polarized and vertical series, with a maximum of 36 positions. The system also includes dual metal crimp receptacle terminals compatible with 0.025in. / 0.635mm square posts, available in different plating finishes and packaging options.
