The CUBE EYE brand of time-of-flight (ToF) cameras was created by meerecompany, a South Korean company that specializes in the development and production of high-tech equipment for the display, semiconductor, and medical industries.

It is a high-performance camera capable of correctly measuring distances to objects up to 7 meters away. The camera is resistant to sunlight and can be used outside. 

Cube Eye TOF 3d Camera uses a laser to emit a light pulse and then measures the time it takes for the pulse to return. Distance to the object is calculated by dividing the speed of light by the time taken for the pulse to return.
