With good flexibility and a shore hardness of 95A, eTPU-95A is ideal for making models with excellent elasticity.

The material has a high tear and wear resistance, cut resistance and robustness and is extremely durable.

For example, the filament can be used to print insoles and other elastic items.

Applications of eTPU-95A

  • Shoe insoles
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Automotive industry
  • Electrical appliances
  • Delivery line
  • Sporting goods

Note: In order to achieve the best printing results, the print should be dried for at least 4 hours at approx. 55°C. You can look at filament drying options here.

A dual-gear extruder with a short filament path is also recommended for printing flexible materials. We highly recommend using a Bondtech LGX extruder for best results.
