6DOF Vision Robot Arm

ArmPi Pro is equipped with a 120° wide-angle camera, uses OpenCV to process images, and combined with inverse kinematics, which can achieve color recognition, face detection, label recognition, etc.

Omni-directional Movement

With 4 high-performance encoder geared motors and 4 omni-directional mecanum wheels, ArmPi Pro can realize 360°movement. Different movement modes and excellent performance make it bold to challenge various complicated routes.

AI Vision Recognition, Target Tracking

ArmPi Pro takes OpenCV as image processing library and utilizes FPV camera to recognize and locate the target block so as to realize color sorting, target tracking, line following, and other AI games.

Support FPV HD Image Transmission

ArmPi Pro can use first vision to identify different colors and label codes, and can also use vision to locate the location of colors and label codes, thereby achieving item sorting and intelligent palletizing.

 

AI Vision-Guided Line Following & Transporting

Color Recognition

By identifying and locating the target color block, the inverse kinematics algorithm of the robotic arm is used to realize the color block grabbing.

Line Following

Select the color recognition color on APP. After the color of line is detected, ArmPi Pro will move along the target line to complete line following.

Intelligent Transport

Use APP to control ArmPi Pro to move and detect the block of specific color and transport it to the destination.

ArmPi Pro's built-in inverse kinematics enables precise and agile object tracking and gripping by decomposing the robot arm's servo motion control.
