The Jetson AGX Xavier series of modules delivers up to 32 TOPS of AI performance and NVIDIA’s rich set of AI tools and workflows, letting developers train and deploy neural networks quickly.
This robust embedded system is assembled by ThinkRobotics with an industrial grade carrier board from Forecr.io, heat sink and a power supply from Meanwell. This is a device for supercomputer level edge Edge AI applications with multiple MIPI CSI-2 camera requirements. We install Jetpack on each device before shipping, for custom installations, or NVME SSD booting, please contact us after placing the order.

TOP PERFORMANCE ON AI DEPLOYMENTS
DSBOARD-XV2 is a high-performance industrial level carrier board for NVIDIA® Jetson™ AGX Xavier™ processor. It’s ideal size and supercomputer level performance with 32 TOPs enables a wide range of applications, from deep learning algorithms to autonomous machines. Jetson™ AGX Xavier™ can encode up to 8 4K streams and decode 12 4K streams.
NVIDIA® TensorRT library and Deepstream framework provide a basis for the maximum performance of the NVIDIA® Jetson™ AGX Xavier™ processor. Together with the required optimizations in the embedded form factors, obtaining desktop GPU level framerates with deep learning algorithms is no surprise. ALWAYS READY TO USE
DSBOARD-XV2 supports both Jetson™ AGX Xavier™ and Jetson™ AGX Xavier™ Industrial with all the features. We provide the most recent release of BSP packages of Jetpack that NVIDIA® provides. In just two weeks after the new announcement of Jetpack, we publish additional connectivity and OS related tutorials on our blog pages.
As Forecr, we also provide solutions to mechanical integration problems for our customers at the carrier board level. To make the Jetson™ modules work efficiently even under maximum loads, we created a thermal transfer plate option. When you order DSBOARD-XV2 with a module option, the suitable thermal transfer unit and screw set will be included in the package. We integrate the module and mechanical parts to the carrier board, flash the recent Jetpack software, and our BSP package to deliver a ready-to-use system to your hands.
RICH CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS
DSBOARD-XV2 comes with both internal and external connections that can be used in a variety of applications at the industry. With high-speed interfaces such as Gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.1, you can connect to high-speed devices and transfer data up to 136.5 GB/s speed bandwidth quickly. We also included industrial-level communication interfaces such as CAN Bus and software configurable RS232/422/485 ports.
DSBOARD-XV2 is designed to be used in various different industries so we included board-level connectors and rich camera connections as well. DSBOARD-XV2 supports up to six MIPI CSI-2 camera connections compatible with standard Raspberry Pi pinout. Additional board-level connectors with UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe signals are also available.
UTILIZATION WITH THE MAXIMUM SPEED
DSBOARD-XV2 has 4x PCI Gen 4 support for M.2 Key-M SSD slot, Gigabit Ethernet, 2x USB 3.1 and M.2 Key-B with USB 3.1 connection. Together with these interfaces, board level MIPI CSI-2 interfaces and SD Card interfaces are available as high-speed interfaces.
The bandwidths of USB 3.1 interfaces with high-speed cameras, Gigabit Ethernet with network throughput softwares, functionality and FPS performance of MIPI CSI-2 interfaces with high resolution cameras, NVMe SSD read/write performances with a PCIE GEN4 compatible NVMe SSD are tested by our engineering team prior to the shipment. We make sure that the performance of our carrier boards is stable and at the maximum efficiency before deliver to our customers.
POWER EFFICIENCY WITH LONG ENDURANCE
DSBOARD-XV2 supports wide input voltage range together with a reliable power connector. Any power supply between 18-32 VDC range can be connected, and it will work 24/7, for weeks and months without any issues even under maximum CPU and GPU loads. DSBOARD-XV2 has a robust power circuitry and durability for extended temperature range between -40°C to 85°C to make the board adapt to every industrial environment.
With Jetson™ AGX Xavier’s high bandwidth low-power RAM, powerful applications can run efficiently by consuming a small amount of power. DSBOARD-XV2 also supports internal mass storage such as 32 GB eMMC 5.1 Flash and MicroSD.
