Wio-S3-N wireless module is embedded with the ESP32-S3R8 dual core Xtensa® LX7 MCU and the long range SX1262 LoRa chip. It supports LoRaWAN frequency plan on EU868 and US915, as well as 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and BLE 5.0 connectivity. It integrates 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM, making it ideal for edge AI processing. This version is designed for onboard PCB antenna integration without IPEX connector. Equipped with a TCXO, it ensures stable and accurate RF performance, which is suitable for IoT applications that require long range, high performance, and reliable wireless communication.

Wio-S3 is an ultra-compact wireless module designed for IoT devices. It combines the high-performance ESP32-S3R8 dual core processor with the SX1262 LoRa chip to provide reliable long range communication.

This module is a versatile solution for developers. It supports LoRaWAN on EU868 and US915 bands, and also provides stable Wi-Fi and BLE 5.0 connectivity. With 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM, Wio-S3 offers plenty of memory for edge AI tasks and complex data processing.

Wio-S3 is designed with hardware flexibility to meet various integration needs. We offer two versions of the module: one with an onboard IPEX connector and one without an IPEX connector. This provides developers with flexible options to choose the best antenna path for their hardware design.

To ensure consistent performance in different environments, it also includes a TCXO for high frequency stability.

High Performance: The transmit power up to 20.9dBm @868/915MHz; -137dBm sensitivity for SF12 with 125KHz BW.

Wireless Connectivity: Embedded LoRaWAN protocol with support for global long range frequency plan, also supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and BLE 5.0.

High Stability: Includes a built-in TCXO to ensure consistent frequency stability and reliable performance under wide temperature conditions.
